Includes a cleanse, microdermabrasion, extractions if needed, a mask, high frequency treatment to fight back acne, and advanced product, and finishing products. Gently removes dead skin cells and impurities, promoting cellular turnover and revealing smoother, healthier skin on your back. This non-invasive procedure not only helps to reduce the appearance of blemishes and discoloration but also stimulates circulation, leaving your back feeling refreshed and revitalized. Cancellation Policy
To reserve your appointment, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. For your convenience, we accept all major credit/debit cards and offer flexible installment options through Affirm, or Cash App AfterPay. This allows you to split your payment into manageable installments, making it easier to enjoy your favorite packages and advanced treatments. All payments are processed securely. If you need assistance with the installment option, please contact us—we’re happy to help! Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. * Cancellations made with 24+ hours’ notice: Your payment will be fully refunded or applied to a rescheduled appointment. * Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows: Because your appointment time is reserved just for you, cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will result in retention of your 50% deposit. However, we know emergencies happen—please reach out to us as soon as possible if you experience an unexpected situation. We will always do our best to accommodate genuine emergencies and may offer a partial credit or opportunity to reschedule at our discretion. * Arriving late: Please plan to arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, your service time may be shortened to avoid delaying the next guest. If you are the last appointment of the day, I reserve the right to cancel your session at my discretion, in which case 50% of your payment will be retained as a late cancellation fee. Refund Policy All services are non-refundable once rendered. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please let us know before leaving the spa so we can address your concerns.
