Cancellation Policy
Welcome to your Introductory Swedish Massage! This service is available exclusively for clients redeeming a Groupon voucher. Appointments are offered during designated promotional hours only: Tuesday through Thursday at 10:00 AM, 11:30 AM, and 1:00 PM. To ensure the best experience: Please book at least 24 hours in advance. Bookings can be made up to 14 days ahead. Each Groupon voucher may be redeemed once per client. Cancellations or reschedules require 24 hours notice. Evening, weekend, and premium hours are reserved for full-price appointments and returning clients. Appointments are subject to availability.
