Cancellation Policy
Groupon Code Required - All Groupon appointments must provide their Groupon code at the time of booking. - Enter Groupon Redemption Code in Additional Information Section of Booking Form One Groupon Per Person -Only one Groupon may be used per person. No exceptions Groupon Redemption -Groupons are redeemed at the time of booking and cannot be applied retroactively. Cancellations & Rescheduling -You must call to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. No-call, no-show appointments will incur a $45 cancellation fee, which must be paid before scheduling any future appointments. Appointment Confirmation -Your appointment is confirmed once your Groupon code is validated and your time slot is secured.
